Failure to Comply:
We reserve the right to refuse service and access to anyone not adhering to the above rules or our requests. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any subscription and/or terminate an order for any subscription or order already made, if in our sole opinion, we feel they have violated these terms or refused any safety, security, privacy, or information request and we reserve the right to do so without any refund.
Digital Streaming License
Terms of Digital Streaming License—Rights & Restrictions:

The Buyer (licensee) can download and encode a digital file in any file format.

Content may not be altered or edited in any manner by the licensee. Digitized material is for synchronous (live) or asynchronous streaming (multiple user, video—on-demand format) only and content may not be copied to any other format or used for any purpose not outlined in this agreement.

The licensee institution must guarantee a password-protected environment without the ability of a user to download the film. The licensee may then deliver the contents of these files via password-protected digital streaming only to registered students, accredited researchers, faculty and staff of that institution and the occasional or walk-in user.

The licensee institution may video stream content only for students in an educational setting (i.e. for non-paying audiences only).

The term of this license shall be for the life of your active subscription (three (3) years from the date of purchase).

By paying for the digital streaming rights, Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions contained in this License.
All Public Performance License (PPR) and Digital Site License (DSL) are for the life of your active subscription.
United States Copyright Law protects all film and media distributed by Wildlight Productions, Inc.
Duplication, reproduction, alteration, television broadcast, cablecast, loaning for a fee, leasing, sub-licensing to others or use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written permission from Wildlight Productions, Inc.
DVD License
Terms of DVD License—Rights & Restrictions:
Purchase of the DVD Kings Park: Stories from an American Mental Institution from Wildlight Productions, Inc. is for educational and non-theatrical projection or playback only. The Performance Rights included with an institutional sale are for free performances only that take place within your institution. If you wish to hold a performance outside your institution or charge admission, please contact us for written permission. Kings Park: Stories from an American Mental Institution is fully protected by U.S. Copyright laws. Purchase of this film does not include or imply rights to rent, loan, sub lease or sub license to others. This film may not be digitized, altered, transmitted, duplicated or reproduced without prior, written authorization from Wildlight Productions, Inc. Digital or analog transmission or duplication of the program in whole or in part by broadcast, narrowcast, internet, open-cable, direct broadcast satellite, or other means, or to any off campus, distance learning, or affiliate site is not permitted without written permission from Wildlight Productions, Inc.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Thank you for your subscription. Please select your subscription carefully as WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS, AFTER 30 DAYS.
- No Return Policy: Unfortunately, as a small organization we are unable to refund for subscriptions after a 30 day period. PLEASE SELECT SUBSCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY. You may, of course, cancel the subscription GOING FORWARD after which no renewals will occur.
- Cancellation Policy: We cannot give refunds for cancellations once a subscription order has been placed, after the first 30 days. Additionally, we cannot fully-refund a subscription that has been partially or substantially used (at our sole discretion) which may include an offset for that usage if we deem that the users got value from site access.
- Tax Policy: Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted, pursuant to state and local laws. For a full explanation, see our: Sales Tax Policy.
- Supersession Policy: All cancellation policies may be superseded for safety reasons, or extenuating circumstances. In which case, we will be the sole decider of what refunds, if any, may be given.
- Third Party Fee Policy: Any third party booking, processing or credit card payment fees may not be refunded if a third party charges a fee that won't be refunded to us. We must deduct any third party fees regardless of the type or reason for a cancellation not initiated by us.
Sales Tax Policy
WILDLIGHT PRODUCTIONS, INC. SALES AND USE TAX POLICY STATEMENT
We have prepared this sales tax policy statement to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. WILDLIGHT PRODUCTIONS, INC. COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including New York. WILDLIGHT PRODUCTIONS, INC. also collects sales tax in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Washington DC. WILDLIGHT PRODUCTIONS, INC. also collects sales tax in states that have adopted the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA), including Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
WILDLIGHT PRODUCTIONS, INC. DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because WILDLIGHT PRODUCTIONS, INC. is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.
FOR OUR TAX-EXEMPT CUSTOMERS:
WILDLIGHT PRODUCTIONS, INC. DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX if we have your exemption certificate on file.
Credit Card Policy
Cards Accepted: Online we accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Over the phone and at the time of an event: we do not currently accept Diners Club.
Secure Online Transactions: We use several payment processors to accept and process credit cards at the time of an online donation or at the time of a face-to-face event. When using a credit card online, we do not store credit cards in any way. Any, entire, initial, online one time donation or subscription donation checkout process is handled by either: Stripe or PayPal and they store your sensitive credit card information.
Agreement to Resupply Card Info: Sometimes, subscribers and donors make additional requests or if for some other reason we need to manually process an additional charge or authorization, we may request you call us and supply your card details over the phone. In this case, the additional charges will be billed by one of our payment processors.
Bring your Cards with You: You agree to bring any and all cards used for any online and telephone transactions with you and to resupply those cards and any others that you wish to use when we have a pre-paid, special event or a delivery.

E-Newsletter Privacy Statement
UNLOCKED-MINDS values your privacy! We NEVER SELL, RENT or LOAN out your name or private information to anyone, ever! We do have a newsletter and do send email announcements strictly on a confirmed, opt-in basis. Beyond opt-in, bulk email we send individual emails from our working members to you as part of any support requests that you have initiated, or in case we have to contact you about work we are doing on your behalf. How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Courseware: Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Group Leaders can access:

Order information such as your enrolled courses, course progress and username / email address.
Any additional information added in your WordPress User Profile can also be visible to the administrator(s).
Specific to Selling Services via our Shopping Cart
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
